Fix IFH for variable names containing things like "-" or "." which breaks the java script

Description

The names of variables of the datasets served by the IFH are turned into javascript variable names. This works fine until the variable names contain things that are interpreted by the Javascript ecosystem as code directives such as "-", "+", "%" etc.

The IFH needs to adopt a different variable naming scheme to avoid this issue. Possibly a map object that associates a list of generic javascript variable names with the actual variable names in the dataset?
