Modify the MDS so that it normalizes paths to resources


The MDS uses SHA256 to name objects. The pathname of the item as given by the OLFS is the base of the string sent to SHA256 and the OLFS can legitimately start that path with or without a leading slash. Normalize those paths so they always start with a slash (or not, depending on which is easier to hack).

This will ensure that regardless of which form of the name the OLFS uses, the BES will always find the item in the MDS if it's there.
